The pandemic was an opportunity for members to meet and connect with other Constantinopolitan organizations around the world, virtually. Some of our weekly virtual meetings started by the Hellenic Society of Constantinopolitans of Greater Washington involved members from other organizations and some events were held in conjunction with their organizations, ensuring a larger audience and a more tightly-knit community. During the Fall of 2021, members of the societies of Constantinopolitans in the UK, Germany, Switzerland, the Ecumenical Federation of Constantinopolitans, and its arm of volunteers met several times to create a 2022 calendar, made up of images of sites of religious importance and included dates of ecclesiastical importance in the Greek Orthodox calendar. The calendar was made possible with the generous support of Mr. Christos Plegas and through the publication of Mr. Diamandis Arvanitidis.
